Master Service Agreement
By accessing the ZYQO infrastructure, the user enters into a binding digital contract with ZYQO Systems. This agreement governs the use of ZYQO Passport, Vault, and all integrated nodes.
The entity acknowledges that the system is a non-custodial framework where the responsibility of credential management lies solely with the user.
Privacy & Data Mandate
Our Privacy Protocol is built on "Privacy by Design." We do not monitor, scan, or monetize user data. ZYQO is a zero-tracking ecosystem.
We only process minimal metadata required for session authentication via ZYQO ID. All personal identifiers are cryptographically hashed.
Cryptographic Integrity
ZYQO Vault utilizes AES-256-GCM encryption. Data is encrypted at the client-side before transmission.
The system possesses no architectural "Master Keys." If an entity loses their recovery entropy, the data remains occluded and irreversible.
Sovereign Jurisdiction
In compliance with Bharat's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
ZYQO mandates that all Indian citizen data clusters reside within sovereign borders. We resist extraterritorial data requests that violate Indian constitutional privacy standards.
Proprietary Assets
The ZYQO name, unified UI architecture, and the ZYQO Passport authentication logic are the exclusive Intellectual Property of ZYQO Systems.
Users retain absolute IP rights over the content they store or transmit through our nodes. ZYQO acts as a neutral technological conduit.
Limitation of Liability
The ecosystem is provided on an "AS IS" basis. ZYQO Systems shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data corruption, or system latency arising from force majeure events.
Users are advised to maintain redundant backups of critical assets outside the ecosystem.
Systemic Conduct
The dissemination of malware, illicit content, or copyright-infringing material is strictly prohibited. Automated heuristic monitors will flag and quarantine nodes found in violation of systemic integrity.
Cookie Utilization
We use only "Essential Authentication Cookies" to maintain session persistence. We do not deploy third-party trackers, pixels, or behavioral advertising cookies within the ZYQO environment.
Account Termination
ZYQO reserves the right to decommission Passports inactive for over 730 days. All associated data in Vault and Send will be purged post a 30-day final notification period.
